Akhaya Women Myanmar have been at the forefront of women's empowerment and leadership in Myanmar since 2011. They have achieved tremendous results and implemented highly practical women's safety and education initiatives and are expanding their small group workshops for throughout the country.
Their goals include:

- Strengthen women's leadership skills
- Eliminate violence and sexual harassment against women
- Build and strengthen strategic alliances

DevelopEd Lashio is DevelopEd's pilot project and has been providing high quality education to students in Lashio since 2014.
Students have studied English, computer skills, civics and citizenship, business, environmental studies, gender studies, political studies, and geography, to name a few.
Students here also complete community projects to learn project management skills and also helping to empower their local community.
DevelopEd Lashio helps us ensure that our courses are relevant and enjoyable for students and deliver course outcomes in the best possible way, by reviewing our courses and providing valuable feedback.

As educators, we know that knowledge on it's own does not prepare students for real-world challenges. That's why we use Practera, the leader in experiential learning platforms, to deliver our courses in the most practical way possible, often working on real challenges and with real people from all around the world, We can pair student groups with mentors and teachers to ensure that they are tackling the course content in a realistic and tangible way. We focus less on grades and more on skills development, so that our students complete the course with what they need to succeed in their chosen path.

Registree is a blockchain enabled certification and identification platform that ensures ownership and control remain with the student. This means that the student decides who can view their data and when.
It also empowers employers to view filtered lists of candidates and verify that their certificates and achievements are genuine, without needing to follow up with third parties.
