We know that education is changing rapidly thanks to an increasingly connected world and that Myanmar can use this opportunity to leapfrog development outcomes through the latest in education standards.
The World Economic Forum has analysed hundreds of recent studies and come up with the lifelong learning model identified above, and it is clear that education institutions need to offer more than just knowledge transfer to help their students be effective employees, entrepreneurs, and citizens.
At DevelopEd Myanmar, our students complete courses that contribute points to their Myanmar Skills Portfolio, which demonstrates each students skills in the 16 categories identified.
As highly experienced educators, we know that doing real activities enables students to gain experience, which in turn, is able to be easily applied in new situations. That's why we use an experiential learning pedagogy so that the skills students learn become an innate part of them.
These skills can then be immediately applied to their work, projects, and lives, to quickly increase each person's ability to identify their desired life goals, set milestones to achieve those goals, and have the confidence to pursue their milestones and goals, while anticipating and managing obstacles that will inevitably come up.
As and education provider, we know that we have the ability to deliver high quality education to students who want and need it. We recognise however that there are people and organisations who have more contextual experience to help with engaging groups of students in meaningful and relevant ways.
That's why we partner with the best organisations in Myanmar and around the world to ensure that our courses are highly relevant and valuable to the students that complete them.

As well as providing high quality education programs to students, we recognise that students need to be able to show their skills to others.
All our courses are assessed on a students ability to complete activities that demonstrate they have acquired that skill.
In addition to the practical assessment approach, we provide accreditation that students can easily share with others, while maintaining control over who has access to their achievements.
We want to make sure that all of our students have control of their achievements.
